CAT A and B Office Fit-out
This project included the complete Design and Installation of the Mechanical systems throughout this 80,000 sq ft state of the art modern office building in Belfast city Centre. This landmark 14-storey building consists of Grade A office space as well as individual meeting rooms, restaurant, lounge and roof terrace. We subsequently fitted out 6 floors to CAT B standard for a new Tenant.
